How do I print or save a copy of the customer’s order?

Answer: After completing an order, take a screenshot of the receipt on the iPad (using the top button and side button simultaneously). You can print two copies—one for the customer and one for the store records. If no printer is available, write the order SKUs and shipping price (if shipping to customer), and ring up manually at the register. Please note that screenshots do not work on register iPads.
